We’re delighted to add EzzyBills to our list of integrated apps to help make doing day-to-day business faster and easier. The Ezzybills software provides a quick and simple way to scan or upload bills, receipts and other documents, without the need to manually input data.
Unlike other scanning apps, EzzyBills extracts data line by line from different types of documents including supplier invoices, so you can see the price and number of items billed for as well as the invoice total. This makes it ideal for construction, food, hospitality and retail businesses or those that regularly order large amounts of different stock and inventory items.
EzzyBills helps you manage your business stock and inventory by making short work of checking supplier invoices in Tidy.
Once you have uploaded or scanned a bill into EzzyBills and it has extracted the data (which takes about 30 seconds), it will try to match it with the Purchase Order you created in Tidy including individual item codes. So rather than spending time laboriously checking every line of every bill, you can focus on any discrepancies.
